Simplification is a good thing

It is simpler to keep one set of consistent information accurate than it is to keep various "islands of information" up to date. The islands of information, without IntelliPad keeping them consistent, are the individual contact folders maintained for each user in Outlook/Exchange.

It is also simpler to have everyone continue to work in Outlook. Some competitors offer solutions that replace Outlook. We have a more humble perception of what we offer. Outlook is a very widely accepted and easy to use product. So, we start with something good and "simply" :-) make it better.
