Track both current and former Company relationships by Contact

Contact Company information is stored in the SQL Server database with individual contacts linked to the Company, as needed, both for current and historical information. Professionals can easily see information about all contacts at a Company, whether or not those contacts are in their Outlook Contact folder.		  
For increased accuracy, IntelliPad software provides the Data Steward with a clear distinction between changing the spelling of the Company name and changing the Company for a contact. IntelliPad includes a company table in the database to improve the clarity of information in this area. Outlook only groups company information by the literal text of the company name.
