Quick access for the professional to shared contact information

By clicking on the "ContactLink" button in Outlook, the user initiates a ContactLink browser session. With the available choices, it is easy to: search for contacts by name or company name or phone number, see all contacts for a company, see which		  
professionals work with each contact, copy and paste the full address for use in mailing, and email the contact or an attorney linked to the contact.  If needed, professionals can download contacts into their Outlook contact folders.
