By clicking on the Outlook ContactLink button and choosing an event or mailing list, the professional sees all of his or her shared contacts. With ContactLink, a list of all shared contacts for the logged-in professional is shown with check boxes for easy inclusion or exclusion. Also, mailing address choices by individual contact can be made for any event or mailing list. And, personalized notes from the attorney can be entered for any mailing or marketing event. And, as shown below, all of the same control over contact participation is provided directly within Outlook.
