Efficient Marketing Event and Mailing List Management

By clicking on the Outlook "ContactLink" button, this ContactLink option shows shared contacts, shared by this professional, for any Marketing Event or Mailing List. After choosing the event or list, the professional can easily check or uncheck contacts.		  
Mailing address choices, by individual contact, can also be overridden for each Event or Mailing List. A new feature now allows secretaries with Outlook Delegate rights to edit ContactLink information on behalf of the professional.
