With the IntelliPad Mailing Wizard marketing events and mailing lists can be produced with the following options:

• In a single pass produce emails for contacts with email addresses, and produce a datasource for Microsoft Word labels for contacts without email addresses.

• Choose recipients from prior events, user-defined selections, response status for the list/event, contacts for a professional, or a contact name search.

• Modify and update contact information on-the-fly as needed.

The new Extended Queries feature can, among other abilities, prepare Holiday Card materials with three button clicks, as follows:

• Labels for all Single-Signers paged by Signer

• Labels for all Multiple Signers

• Paged routing slips for each contact on the Multiple-Signer list showing the contact name and the names of each professional that will sign the Holiday Card.

The determination of who will sign the Holiday Card is based on a check box in the Outlook contact form.
