CRM system: Outlook extension CRM Intellipad is designed as a Professional CRM

With the ease of a Wizard to walk the user through the process, Marketing Events and Mailing Lists can be produced within the following options: 1) in a single pass produce emails for contacts with email addresses, and produce a datasource for Microsoft Word labels for contacts without email addresses, 2) choose recipients from prior events, user-defined selections, response status for the list/event, contacts for a professional, or a contact name search, and 3) modify and update contact information as needed.

Selection of contacts for Marketing Events and Mailing Lists can be based on any user-defined combination of criteria as needed. With the included Prequel Report Writer, queries can be run with either preset or with "prompted-for" values. If the results from multiple queries are added to a single Marketing Event or Mailing List, the IntelliPad software will not duplicate contacts for that event/list. Responses to invitations are tracked and can be used as a criteria for follow-up, such as for the printing of attendee badges.
