Release 6.2.0.1 has also taken over a year of development work and delivers a range of new controls for the management of contact-specific mailing preferences, increased visibility for professionals when deciding about event and mailing list participation for their own contacts, and a series of administrative features to increase efficiency for the marketing and IT staff. Between major releases, smaller releases were provided to address specific customer issues and requirements.

Release 6.0.1.1 is the largest release in IntelliPad development history. It has taken over a year of development work and delivers significant improvements in many areas. A new Outlook Add-In version of the Contact form is now offered as well as many other features summarized in this November 2011 newsletter. During the interim period, smaller releases were provided to address specific issues and requirements.

Release 5.1.0.1 includes a major Unicode upgrade of the IntelliPad application to embrace content with all major languages in the world. The IntelliPad Query engine was rewritten which resulted in more functionality and considerably faster processing.

Release 5.0.5.(2-3) includes new international address formatting, presentation improvements for custom data fields, an optional prompt to require at least one Practice Area or Line of Business category for a shared Outlook contact, and an optional prompt to confirm the intention to delete a shared Outlook contact.

Release 5.0.5.1 includes the ContactView feature to allow secure wide-spread, but limited access to the contact information in IntelliPad. Searches by the phone number and more clickable links for expanded information are now available in ContactLink and ContactView.

Release 5.0.4.1 includes new features to allow attorneys to add personal comments to email, track activities related to individual contact. Administrative control over any database duplications is significantly enhanced with features that find and facilitate the correction for both companies and people - even though the application has a rich set of features to avoid this from happening in the first place.

Release 5.0.1 provides easier administration with direct access to the Exchange Global Address List (GAL). Data cleansing and automted review processing along with a new Company Address table, provide the opportunity for significant improvements in data consistency with less effort.

Release 4.1.2 offers an new version of the Marketing Information Page in Outlook and a new extendability named IntelliTab. IntelliTab allows creation of firm-specific integration from within Outlook to applications of your choice.

Release 4.0.7 offers the ability of attorneys to indicate whether or not they want to sign Holiday Cards, more flexibility for change of the Primary Professional, additional Blackberry integration, Virtual Users, and drag and drop "form conversion" for VCF’s (VCards).

With Release 4.0.5, secretaries can now access ContactLink, attorneys can receive email notice of changes to their contacts with the ability to approve or reject the change, and there is a significantly improved technical architecture in place.
