  Linking Architecture
 
Tracks activity history by Contact for each Marketing Event and Mailing List

The Marketing Department can see all history with the Contact for Marketing Event and Mailing List participation, as well as each related activity. For consistency with Outlook, Marketing Event and Mailing List activities are shown as Tasks. This history with the contact is maintained within IntelliPad as individual "links".

The marketing staff can make additions and changes to the links as needed. Professionals have access to IntelliPad link information from within Outlook to see who else in the firm knows the same Contact and the history of Mailing List and/or Marketing Event participation.
