Easy recipient selection or refinement within the Mailing Wizard

This step normally starts with the already selected participants as described in the "Prequel Reporting" page. After the initial responses are received, these responses can be used as a filter for additional activities - for instance, only "Undecided" potential attendees could receive another email or, to print badges, all "Yes" respondents could be selected.		  
Other options for selection within the Mailing Wizard include all shared contacts for a professional, selection of contacts by name, and predefined Prequel queries. Further, within any of these selections, individuals can be included or excluded. As is true for other aspects of IntelliPad, multiple selections of the same person results in that person being on the list only one time.

 With IntelliPad CRM email database solutions, Mailing Wizard, and mailing list management, it is easy to produce data sources for use with Microsoft Word. These data sources can be utilized with inexpensive email marketing software, such as Dynamic Mail Communicator (which also offers to track which participant has responded).
