IntelliPad: Email Marketing and Mailing List Management Solutions, Sends Mass Email Campaign and Tracks respondents

The marketing staff can easily update recipient responses to invitations in this summary. The application shows a response of "Yes", "No", and "Undecided". Color coding provides a quick visual reference to the responses.

On the bottom of the page, a history of activities for this Marketing Event or Mailing list shows each time emails were produced and/or each time a data source was created. These historical activities are maintained as Tasks (for consistency with Outlook) with individual participation information for each.

Responses are easily tracked with the Mailing Wizard Summary for event invitations

		With IntelliPad CRM email database solutions, Mailing Wizard, and mailing list management, it is easy to produce data sources for use with Microsoft Word. These data sources can be utilized with extended query and Word and Excel Macros from Versys Corporation or with inexpensive email marketing software, such as Dynamic Mail Communicator (which also offers to track which participant has responded).
