The staff can easily update recipient responses to invitations in this summary. The application shows a response of "Yes", "No", and "Undecided". The application will be upgraded in the next release to include a checkbox for "Attended". Color coding provides a quick visual reference to the responses. 		 
On the bottom of the page, a history of activities for this Marketing Event or Mailing list shows each time emails were produced and/or each time a data source was created. These historical activities are maintained as Tasks (for consistency with Outlook) with individual participation information for each.		  

Responses are easily tracked with the Mailing Wizard Summary for event invitations
