Professionals continue to work in Outlook, which increases acceptance and minimizes training

The Outlook contact form is modified with an optional "Salutation" field, a "Marketing Database checkbox",  a "ContactLink" button, a "Public Notes" field, and a "Marketing tab". Unless the Marketing Database checkbox is checked by the user, the contact is not shared to the firm-wide database.		  
The "ContactLink" button provides visibility of contact information about all shared contacts, and the ability to search and download contacts by name or by company into your Outlook folder. ContactLink also offers a very efficient way to see and change which contacts participate in marketing events and mailing lists.		  

Contacts are selectively shared to the Microsoft SQL Server database. The Outlook contact form is slightly modified to track additional information.
