  Change Approval - by Primary Professional
 
An optional level of control for a highly flexible CRM system

With this option, each time someone other than the primary professional linked to a contact makes a change to the Outlook Contact, the primary professional receives an email requesting their approval. The email provides an intranet link to show the detail of what was changed and allows the professional to accept or reject the change with comments.
 
A time limit can be set for the response by the primary professional. If there is no response within that time limit the change will continue through the normal data steward and update process. If the change is rejected, and email with comments is sent to the person that made the change.
