Optional Level of Control for Increased Accuracy

With this option, each time someone other than the primary professional linked to a contact makes a change to the Outlook Contact, the primary professional receives an email requesting their approval. The email provides an intranet link to show the detail of what was changed and allow the professional to accept or reject the change with comments.		  
A time limit can be set for response by the primary professional. If they have not responded within that time limit, the change will continue through the normal staff data steward review and associated update. If the change is rejected, the comments are provided to the submittor of the change.
